unlikely fact

i never imagined that someday i would go to a clinic to take an ecg test. i just did last thursday, took the whole day off just for that. although i was feeling okay, i decided to take a day off. i was happy to see the result read: ...otherwise normal ecg. but the company doctor is not quite convinced after srutinizing the graphed result. the doctor told me i have arrythmia - irregular heartbeat and that it would be better just to be sure that i'd get a second opinion from a cardio specialist. arrythmia is normal to people who engage in active lifestyle e.g. sports activies, marathoning, etc. i was relieved she mentioned something about that. i am confident that i am perfectly okay but as i age "younger" and look back on my diet choices few weeks ago, it's not ideally healthy though i eat less most of the time. next week, i hope to go to the cardio clinic. i pray that everything is just fine. i told my mother after my doctor's appointment this morning, her advise for me was to stick to fish and vegetable diet and no more running. i could deal with any diet.. but take out running, football, badminton from me - NO!!! i don't think i can handle any running as of the moment, i feel i could faint. it's very unlikely of me to be frail on any physical activities.. but it's how it is. uff...
